TORONTO-Nortel Networks said Verizon Wireless has selected it to supply its packet switching equipment in what it described as the biggest deployment on a voice network in North America.
The contract, whose financial terms are under wraps, will cover 1.8 million calls in New Jersey and Florida, according to the companies.
