MURRAY HILL, N.J.—Lucent Technologies Inc. said its cdma2000 1x EV-DO equipment is now commercially available, including base station and core network hardware and software.
“There is a significant pent-up demand for high-speed mobile data services among the enterprise community and the availability of 1x EV-DO equipment can help our CDMA service provider customers meet this need,” said Mike Iandolo, vice president of product management at Lucent.
