MILAN, Tenn.—Less-than-truckload carrier Milan Express announced it will implement Qualcomm’s OmniTRACS mobile communications system, Agentek’s AgentDelivery and AgentManager mobile and server software solutions and Symbol Technologies’ PPT-2800 Mobile Computer throughout its 440-vehicle LTL fleet.
The combined solution will provide Milan Express with seamless tracking and reporting of delivery schedules, increased responsiveness to shipment opportunities and instant access to customer information.
