KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa.—InterDigital Communications Corp. announced it is playing host to the General Assembly of the UMTS Forum and its members for a two day conference on 3G wireless services that began June 6 in Philadelphia.
“We are proud to host the UMTS Forum and to cerate a venue where forum member companies, both operators and equipment providers, can come together in the United States to discuss data-intensive 3G wireless services,” said Howard Goldberg, InterDigital’s president and chief executive officer. “This organization will play a key role in defining the market for 3G data services.”
