MINNEAPOLIS—ADC announced that Lithuanian operator Omnitel will install its Metrica software to help manage the performance of its mobile network.
Omnitel will use Metrica for network performance reporting and monitoring. Omnitel has a 60-percent market share in Lithuania, ADC said.
