DUBLIN, Ireland—Technology firm DSP Group announced it will merge its digital signal processing subsidiary, Ceva Inc., with wireless platform licensing company Parthus Technologies plc.
The new combined company will be called ParthusCeva Inc.
“The merger of our two companies will create what we believe to be the leading independent provider of DSP-based IP solutions with strong customer penetration of many of the world’s largest semiconductor companies and OEMs,” said Eli Ayalon, chairman and chief executive officer of DSPG, who will also serve as chairman of ParthusCeva.
