NEW YORK—LocatioNet announced two partnerships, with Geographic Data Technology and Coherent Networks, to complement its offering to wireless carriers.
GDT will offer additional mapping content to LocatioNet’s existing solution with its extensive mapping coverage of North and South America. And Coherent Networks will add positioning technologies with its prOceSS7 SS7 probe which will allow LocatioNet to read real-time traffic information from which the Cell-ID of a wireless user can be determined.
