LAKE CHARLES, La.—US Unwired Inc. completed its previously reported all-stock acquisition of fellow Sprint PCS affiliate IWO Holdings Inc.
US Unwired issued approximately 39 million shares of its common stock to IWO shareholders and reserved approximately 6.9 million additional shares for issuance upon the exercise of IWO options and warrants.
