SAN DIEGO—Remec Inc., a San Diego designer and manufacturer of high-frequency subsystems used in wireless communications transmission, said Dec. 10 that a federal court had dismissed a shareholder class action lawsuit, alleging securities law violations in connection with its secondary stock offering in February 1998.
The United States District Court for the Southern District of California dismissed the case “in its entirety with prejudice” in a ruling handed down Dec. 7, Remec said.
