ARLINGTON, Va.—SiteSafe Inc. announced it completed the acquisition of Communications Engineering Technology Inc., a provider of database and engineering services to the private land mobile community.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
SiteSafe will operate CET as a business division, headed by Winston Smith, SiteSafe’s chief information officer.
Wes McGee, president and chief executive officer of SiteSafe, said that while SiteSafe plans to concentrate its information technology resources on maintaining and improving the tools and services offered by CET, the data services business unit will be run separate of SiteSafe’s current spectrum management business.
