Convergys upgrades Geneva ARM to v. 5.0

CINCINNATI—Convergys Corp. has released version 5.0 of its Geneva Active Revenue Management (ARM) software.

Convergys said the new version of Geneva addresses the needs of its clients with new functionality and operability enhancements. For example, version 5.0 allows operators to bundle and deliver content, commerce and communications services and discounts to both pre- and post-paid customers, whereas previously pre- and post-paid accounts were handled separately.

The enhanced Geneva software is being demonstrated this week at the Billing & CRM 2001 show in Paris and it is available immediately.
