SAN FRANCISCO-Long-distance, credit-card and online services company Working Assets has chosen Sentori Inc. to provide its new wireless billing solution, Sentori 3G, which will be hosted by billing and revenue assurance company EUR Systems.
“Working Assets is constantly looking to adjust and improve service to meet changing customer needs, and wireless billing was the logical next step,” explained Ted Volchok, vice president of Working Assets. “We chose Sentori because they had the wireless billing expertise, solution flexibility and ability to assist us with upgrades to 2.5G and 3G billing as those services become available in the U.S.”
According to the companies, Sentori 3G will offer customer care and billing options required by third-generation technologies, including multimedia content and location- and transaction-based services and will support new revenue sharing business models across the content supply chain.
