BEIJING—Australia’s Telstra and China Unicom have signed a memorandum of understanding to further explore business opportunities covering fixed and wireless services, including voice and data.
Telstra hopes to exploit its experience offering telecom services for the 2000 Sydney Olympics in preparation for the Beijing Olympics in 2008.
