SAVANNAH, Ga.-H.O. Systems Inc., which offers next-generation billing solutions for the telecommunications industry, announced it has signed a long-term billing and customer care contract with wireless operator MetroPCS.
MetroPCS said H.O. Systems’ billing system, which features its speedSUITE solution and includes billing, customer care, point of sale and inventory, provisioning, collections and mediation, will support all of its C-Block licenses, which cover close to 22 million pops.
“In our meeting with the MetroPCS team, it was obvious our companies will work well together as long-term strategic partners in what will be one of the most exciting PCS launches in wireless history,” said Hart Williford, president of H.O. Systems.
