WESTBOROUGH, Mass.-Arch Wireless Inc. completed the sale of its 900 MHz Specialized Mobile Radio licenses to Nextel Communications Inc.
The $250 million sale satisfies Arch’s loans and the transfer of shares of Arch Series F preferred stock held by a stand-alone Arch subsidiary.
