Motorola Inc. said it is considering selling its Integrated Systems Group, its government and information technology business based in Scottsdale, Ariz. “Motorola’s Integrated Information Systems Group is performing well financially,” said Ed Breen, president of Motorola’s network sector. “The group has important business alliances and a solid customer base of military, federal and prime contractor.”

Teligent Inc. has been granted a second waiver to an amendment and consent to its credit agreement with The Chase Manhattan Bank, Goldman Sachs Credit Partners, Toronto Dominion Bank and other lenders, providing an extension until today. If the company and its lenders do not reach an agreement before the new deadline, the company will be considered in default under the credit agreement and may not be able to obtain additional waivers under the credit agreement.

Adaptive Broadband Corp. will delay filing its 10-Q for the first quarter ended March 31, pending completion of its review of calendar year 2000 financial results. The company expects 1Q revenues to be about $1 million, half of the $2 million guidance it gave in late February. The company also said it expects to reduce its revenue for the fiscal year, ended June 30, 2000, by about $5 million to approximately $23 million, and to reduce its revenue for the six-month transition period, ended December 31, 2000 by approximately $28 million to approximately $5 million.

Wireless Knowledge Inc. has added two new value-added resellers as partners. Forbes Computer Group Inc. and Sysborne L.L.C. will resell Wireless Knowledge’s portfolio of packaged Workstyle and Anystyle mobile-business software, and its Echo mobile enablement engine.

Brightpoint Inc.’s subsidiary, Brightpoint North America L.P., will provide channel development and management services for a new independent retail channel of Sprint PCS. According to their agreement, Brightpoint will help Sprint PCS develop and establish new Authorized Sprint Independent Retailers, distribute Sprint PCS products, and provide marketing, technical and training support.
