HELSINKI, Finland-Nokia Networks signed a contract to provide a GPRS core system to Dutch telecommunications company Dutchtone N.V. As part of their agreement, Nokia will also provide Connecting@care support for integration of the GPRS core network into the existing service environment.
“We know that after WAP, GPRS is another important step toward multimedia services which will make life easier and more pleasant for our clients,” said Jean-Marie Patillot, chief executive officer of Dutchtone.
