ATLANTA-Equant and Paris Bourse announced their WAP roaming network is running in 22 countries, which will allow WAP users to access closed user group applications from outside their home network by making a local roamed call over Equant’s network.
“The introduction of Global WAP Access exemplifies our commitment to providing our customers new technologies that cost-effectively enhance their communications strategy,” said Jean-Yves Charlier, president of Equant’s markets, sales and service division.
