ADDISON, Texas-Under a new partnership, Motorola Inc. will integrate its Messaging Server with Vast Solutions Inc.’s Viaduct wireless business applications middleware, which the companies said will allow Vast to produce business-based mobile applications using a variety of devices, including two-way messaging devices, personal digital assistants and WAP phones.
“This agreement will give us additional tools and support from an industry leader to provide our customers with solid, enterprise-quality wireless messaging products,” said Chris Sanders, Vast’s president and chief executive officer.
