NEW YORK-Cue Corp. announced it entered an agreement with Ten Square, an interactive point-of-sale broadcasting and publishing company, to enable Ten Square to broadcast near real-time news/sports, weather and traffic alerts to drivers based on their location over Cue’s FM subcarrier network.
Ten Square has agreements with major manufacturers of gas pumps to provide information to display screens located on the pumps. Consumers also can access information at automatic teller machines, Cue said.
The service will be available in more than 60 markets in Canada and the United States.
