ATLANTA-O2wireless Solutions Inc. entered a service agreement with Broadnet, under which O2wireless will provide license application, early stage planning, radio-frequency design and technology consulting support.
O2wireless, an integrated services provider, is already involved in the design and engineering of Broadnet’s wireless infrastructures in Germany, Portugal, Spain and France. The agreement between the two companies is due to a previous two-year relationship with Communications Consulting Services, a network engineering and design firm acquired by O2wireless earlier this year.
Broadnet is a broadband service provider in the European market.
