BURLINGTON, Mass.-Lightbridge Inc., a provider of customer relationship management solutions for communications service providers, reported positive financial results for the third quarter ended Sept. 30.
The company posted a 31-percent increase in revenues compared with the third quarter last year, rising from $23.8 million to $31.1 million. Net income also increased from $2.3 million for the third quarter in 1999, a return of 13 cents per diluted share, to $3.6 million this year, a return of 19 cents per diluted share.
“I am extremely pleased with the performance of the company this quarter,” said Pamela Reeve, president and chief executive officer of Lightbridge. “All segments of the business contributed to our record revenues and net income for the quarter, with our transaction business particularly robust.”
