CLAREMONT, Calif.-WolfeTech Corp. announced it has made available a version of its PocketGenie Internet-based information service for the Motorola Inc. T900 Talkabout two-way interactive pager.
PocketGenie services include stock quotes, weather forecasts, news, sports scores, driving directions and other services.
In other news, WolfeTech introduced an icon-driven menu system for its PocketGenie wireless Internet portal, designed to replace the current text-based main directory. WolfeTech said the icon-based menu will initially be incorporated in Motorola Inc.’s PageWriter 2000X and Timeport two-way pagers, with a later release for the Research in Motion Inc. 950, 957 and Blackberry devices.
