SAN DIEGO-Qualcomm Inc. reported a multimillion dollar amendment extending Advantest Corp.’s existing CDMA test equipment license agreement to include the use of certain Qualcomm patents to manufacture and supply test products for current and third-generation CDMA and 1xEV applications.
In addition, the amendment allows Advantest to purchase advanced chipsets and system software solutions from Qualcomm for its test equipment products.
