REDWOOD CITY, Calif.-Mobile service management solutions provider Corrigo Inc. acquired Invata International Inc., a company specializing in computerized maintenance management systems and accounting systems.
Under terms of the acquisition, Corrigo and Invata will operate as Corrigo Inc., with Corrigo President Rick Michaux named president of the combined company, and Invata’s Andrew Marks as vice president of retail operations.
The acquisition supports Corrigo’s attempt to boost efficiencies and advance best practices for organizations that deliver and manage services through mobile or remote field operations. Corrigo also said the purchase of Invata is a key part of its growth strategy to leverage successes with residential service markets, such as multi-family apartment communities, into complementary service industries.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
