ATLANTA-Cellemetry Data Services reported that Nu-Metrics selected its wireless data messaging services for a range of electronic highway monitoring solutions applications, including highway crash cushions and attenuators, traffic control signals, flood water and liquid levels monitoring, and tower beacon status indicators.
Nu-Metrics also plans to develop other applications using Cellemetry’s wireless data technology in railroad crossings, pumping stations, power substations, oil and gas pipelines, factories, mines and agriculture.
Cellemetry also reported that SiGEM selected its data services to provide wireless data connectivity for SiGEM’s ePiNG suite of enterprise and consumer-based GPS location tracking solutions.
SiGEM will begin offering its ePiNG products for use in enterprise fleet vehicles as well as to insurance companies as tracking solutions for their personal and commercial insurance policyholders.
