ALLENTOWN, Pa.-Lucent Technologies Inc.’s Microelectronics Group and PacketVideo Corp. announced a collaborative development agreement to optimize multimedia solutions on next-generation mobile devices.
According to the agreement, the companies will optimize PacketVideo’s wireless media software solution for higher performance and lower power consumption on Lucent’s GPRS and UMTS/EDGE chipset solutions.
