DALLAS-Texas Instruments Inc. finalized its acquisition of analog semiconductor developer Burr-Brown Corp. in a stock-for-stock transaction.
TI will issue 1.3 shares of its common stock for each outstanding share of Burr-Brown common stock. TI said it expects to issue approximately 88 million shares for the transaction.
