CARY, N.C.-SpectraSite Transco Communications Ltd. announced it acquired Aerial Sites plc and AGL Systems International Ltd. from a group of shareholders.
Aerial Sites has a portfolio of more than 900 tower sites under contract and approximately 15,000 more under negotiation. AGL Systems is a specialist contractor, approved by all of the United Kingdom network operators, SST said.
Financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
