WASHINGTON-The Radio Club of America will host a breakfast in conjunction with the Association of Public-Safety Communication Officials’ annual conference and exhibition Aug. 16 in Boston.
Tom Tolman, director of the National Public Safety Telecommunications Council Support Office, and past president of the Colorado Chapter of APCO, is the scheduled keynote speaker at the event.
