Datalink.net common stock hits AMEX

SAN JOSE, Calif.-Datalink.net Inc., an application service provider, took its common stock to the American Stock Exchange.

The company began selling its stock on the AMEX with the stock symbol “DLK” Dec. 29.

“We are excited to have our stock trading on the AMEX,” said Anthony LaPine, chairman and chief executive officer of Datalink.net. “We are confident that a more liquid and efficient trading market for Datalink.net’s common shares will ultimately enhance shareholder value.”

LaPine was scheduled to ring the opening bell for the AMEX, to celebrate the company’s first day of trading.
