PARSIPPANY, N.J.-Aquis Communications Group Inc. announced John Adiletta, founder and president, has left the company.
A special committee of Aquis’ board of directors consisting of Chairman Patrick Egan, Michael Salerno and John Frieling will oversee management until a new president is found, the company said.
According to Egan, there was a disagreement between the board and Adiletta over a matter he would not name, which resulted in the departure. However, Egan said the company’s strategy will remain largely the same.
