NEW YORK-Wireless Facilities Inc., a San Diego designer and manager of wireless communications networks, went public Nov. 4 with an offering of 4 million shares at $15 each.
The initial public offering, for which Credit Suisse First Boston was lead underwriter, sold at the high end of its $13-$16 expected range. The stock trades on Nasdaq exchange.
Wireless Facilities said it has built more than 12,000 cell sites since its founding in 1994. The company said it works with all major wireless technologies, including emerging broadband and Internet technologies.
