SBA Communications Corp. (SBAC) and Health Care REIT Inc. (HCN) announced an agreement to make available wireless site leasing of new, prime rooftop locations in more than 15 states.
Health Care REIT, Inc., an S&P 500 company with headquarters in Toledo, Ohio, is a real estate investment trust that invests in senior housing and health care real estate. The company’s assets include 727 properties in 44 states.
SBA Communications manages 5,000 third party-owned properties across North and Central America. Through its site management division, SBA provides full service management to its wireless tenants, as well as managed site marketing.
