ALEXANDRIA, Va.-MCTR announced its affiliate, Uraltel, extended Global System for Mobile communications 900 cellular service to the Russian city of Nizhny Tagil and the neighboring cities of Pervouralsk and Revda, and has expanded coverage in Ekaterinburg.
Uraltel has roaming capabilities with 28 operators in 23 countries and 14 operators in Russia, said MCTR.
