ST. LOUIS-Amdocs Ltd. expanded its Fraud Management product offering by adding two new products-Sleuth and Integrity+, said the company. Sleuth is a software system that provides control and detection of a wide spectrum of alternately billed telephone fraud, including credit and calling cards, said Amdocs.
Integrity+ detects incidents of fraud on direct dialed calls, both domestic and international. It looks for suspicious activity through a systematic pattern analysis of call detail records, billing records and query message data.
The Sleuth and Integrity+ products were acquired by Amdocs from Dynamic Research Corp. of Andover, Mass., said Amdocs.
