SUNNYVALE, Calif.-General Magic Inc. registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission to sell 10 million shares of its common stock.
The company said proceeds will be used for product development, capital expenditures, including costs associated with expanding its network operations center, sales and marketing and other general corporate purposes.
