Alexandre Haeffner, group vice president of Cap Gemini Telecom & Media, a division of Cap Gemini Group, said his company decided to team with SLP to launch a new bundle of services for customer retention in telecommunications.
Susanna Hagg, manager of the new customer retention service offering at Cap Gemini, further explained that by allying with SLP, Cap Gemini & Media hopes “to slow or lock down the revolving door of customer departures,” otherwise known as churn.
