SAN DIEGO-Willtech Inc. has licensed Qualcomm Inc.’s cdmaOne technology in a royalty-bearing agreement allowing the South Korea-based company to design and develop Code Division Multiple Access test equipment, said Qualcomm.
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
