MONTVALE, N.J.-Geotek board members Haynes G. Griffin, Winston J. Churchill, Walter E. Auch and Purnendu Chatterjee resigned, said Board Chairman William Spier, who remains along with board members Richard T. Liebhaber, Richard Krants, Yaron Eitan and George Calhoun.
Geotek provides mobile logistics systems in 11 U.S. markets.
The specialized mobile radio carrier earlier said it is pursuing a restructuring plan in order to allow it to be able to remain in business.
