CHARLOTTE, N.C.-Glenayre Technologies Inc.’s Integrated Network Group introduced the latest version of its postpaid calling card product, OpenMedia Enhanced Calling Card version 4.0.
The product is an integral part of the company’s Intelligis product line. New features include account on demand, enabling the card provider to immediately process new account requests by supplying an active account ID and personal identification number; real time fraud limits, allowing card providers to limit the number of minutes, calls and duration of calls for a configurable time period; automatic fraud transfer to customer service representative, which enables card providers to choose between routing a call to a CSR or completing a call; and information digit processing, which captures the information digits that identify individual phone line types and stores them, the company said.
