ALLEN & CO. INVESTS IN KSI

ANNANDALE, Va.-KSI Inc. announced it received an investment from Allen & Co. Inc. to help fund further development of the location technology used in its enhanced 911 location system. The two also entered into a financial advisory agreement. KSI’s TeleSentinel system uses angle-of-arrival technology to enable carriers to provide E911 services. The amount of the investment was not disclosed.
