INDIANAPOLIS-Brightpoint Inc. announced it completed the acquisition of Euro-Phone Sp. The company provides distribution and value-added logistics services to the wireless communications industry in Poland, with connection services agreements with Global System for Mobile communications provider Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa.
Brightpoint distributes handsets and related accessories from manufacturers to network operators, agents, resellers, dealers and retailers in the wireless industry.
