SAN DIEGO-Wireless Facilities Inc. of San Diego announced it has merged with a Virginia-based wireless infrastructure development firm, Entel Technologies Inc.
The merger will increase the scope of Wireless Facilities’ international capabilities, said the company, which develops telecommunications infrastructure.
