CARROLLTON, Texas-CellStar Corp. said it completed the acquisition of TA Intercall AB, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company that provides wireless communications products and services to Swedish and European markets.
The acquired company, called CellStar-Intercall AB, will continue to be led by Torsten Holm, managing director; and Stefan Olsson, sales and marketing manager.
