BOSTON-American Tower Systems Corp., a subsidiary of American Radio Systems Corp., announced it agreed to sell $80 million in a private placement of its common stock to certain officers, directors and other American Radio affiliates for $10 per share.
American Tower, an antenna site marketer, expects the transaction to close later this month.
