CHICAGO-SourceOne Wireless Inc. has expanded its ForeverPage service to include alpha paging subscribers. The new Calling Party Pays now allows alphanumeric subscribers to receive word messages without paying for monthly service.
Instead, the person calling the subscriber’s pager is charged 40 cents to connect to the pager. The charge is included on the local telephone bill of the telephone number from which the page originated or through direct billing.
The service includes a subscriber-pays option, which costs $15 a month.
