Dec 09, 2010 (The Australian Financial Review – ABIX via COMTEX) — The Australian Government’s failure to make a final decision on the design of the national broadband network is expected to prevent Telstra from announcing a definitive agreement by late-December 2010. The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission is also yet to deliver a ruling on the price Telstra will be permitted to charge for access to its existing copper network.
