The Personal Communications Industry Association hosted representatives from the Telephone Organization of Thailand to discuss the U.S. wireless experience, said PCIA. The delegates, who were visiting the United States in conjunction with the U.S. Trade and Development Agency, met with Jay Kitchen, president of PCIA, and other senior staff. The delegates explored telecommunications standards, rate structures, competition and development of a regulatory entity through meetings with telecommunications associations, companies and federal and state regulators, said PCIA.
