DALLAS-BearCom Inc. acquired three dealers as part of its strategy to provide a worldwide network of local sales and support for wireless communications through a series of acquisitions.
The company acquired Houston-based Tomba Communications L.L.C.; Chantilly, Va.-based American Wireless Communications and Albuquerque, N.M.-based Airtime Communications. All three dealers will assume the BearCom name. Terms of the acquisitions were not disclosed.
